  • What is the Moovijob Tour Luxembourg?
    The Moovijob Tour Luxembourg is the biggest Job, Training and Career development fair in Luxembourg. Itwill enable you to meet in one-day time more than 160 Luxembourgish companies proposing 10,000 job, training and intership offers, on Friday, March 27 at LuxExpo the Box. This event is free and open to anyone, no matter your job or your experience!
    The fair will be organized in distinct themed areas, enabling visitors to locate easily:Advice/Training/Public Service, Finance, Health/Care, Industry/Construction and Public Work, Interim/Recruitment, IT/Consulting, Services/Advice/Partners, Trade/Retail/Business Services. You will also have the opportuniy to attend 4 conferences during the day and to visit the " Partners " area to know more about working in Luxembourg.

  • What to do if I haven't got my invitation yet?
    If you registered but you didn't receive any email, don't panic! You can send us a message, thanks to our contact formulary, on the Information section of theofficial website. We will respond to your SOS shortly. 😉
  • How to get ready for the fair?
    - Update your CV with your latest job and/or training experiences.
    - Don't forget to print enough resumes.
    - Prepare the list of all interesting companies and offers by checking the website of the event.
    Furthermore, don't hesitate to consult our eventchecklist to make sure you are ultra ready for this!

During the event:

  • When is the best time to come to the fair and what are the highlights of the day?
    The job fair will be open all day long - 7 hours non-stop. If you want to meet as many companies as possible, we advise you to come early in the morning. If you want to meet only a few companies, you can avoid the morning rush and come later, around 11:00am and 11:30am. Some recruiters might leave the fair earlier, that is why we advise you to come between 11:00am and 4pm.
  • How do I get to the fair?
    Luxembourg-city is well served with high-speed trains (TGV) at the Luxembourg rail station, an international airport, but also buses, cabs and public bikes. LuxExpo the Box is in the Kirchberg area. With the beginning of free public transport in Luxembourg from March, 1st 2020, we hardly advise you to use this way to get on the event.

  • Are there coat check and toilets on site?
    There are a coat check and toilets on site. A site map will be dealt at the entrance and banners will be placed all around the fair to help to you locate them.
  • Is there a restauration space on site?
    You can access the restauration point on site during the day. Otherwise, you can go to Auchan (3min walk) and choose between the 16 restaurants and snacks proposed.
  • Is there wifi on site?
    There is no wifi on site but don't forget that roaming is no longer a thing in Europe. You can now use your phone data in Luxembourg with no additional fees.
  • Can I print CV/resume on site?
    During the event, you will be able to print your resumes and documents at the entrance of the fair thanks to Image Center.

  • How to optimize my chances of being contacted after the job fair?
    The key is to contact before being contacted! Shortlist the exhibitors you would like to meet. Check their job offers and prepare adapted CVs or cover letters for these opened positions to stand out on the D-day. Then, collect as many business cards as possible to send an email to the recruiter after the fair. We advise you to wait at least one day before sending your email, then a few days after sending another one.
  • Why the recruiters ask me to register once again on their career website?
    Recruiters will often ask you to register on their career website. Why? Because it's easier for them to manage your application with their software. They can get back to you whenever they have an interesting opportunity, while a piece of paper can be lost.
